P1: Outline the hierarchies of the civil and criminal courts in England and Wales. i describe the heirarchies of the civil and criminal courts within england and wales so i discuss all the courts and what they do within the court system and what ther rank is and who is the judge in the court.

M1: Compare the roles and functions of paid and lay personnel within the court system of England and Wales. here i dicuss all the similarities and fiffernecs of judges lawyers, barrister lay people which are the jury are magistarets.

D1: Critically analyse the role of lay personnel within the court system of England and Wales. i critically analyse the role of lay peronnel so the magistates and the jury within the court system so i talk about all the advantages of the jury and magistrates in the court system and the disadvantages of the jury and magistrates in the court system.

p3: Describe how legal rules are created by precedent. this document describes the legal rules creted by precedent so law reporting, binding authorities, ratio decidendi, reversing decisions etc.

P2: Describe the roles of judges, lawyers and lay people in criminal trials in England and Wales. this is where i describe the roles of judges lawyers and lay people which are the magistates and the jury.
